Description

  • To take part in meetings as requested by the line manager.
  • To participate in supervision and training with the line manager.
  • To achieve performance management targets as agreed with the line manager.
  • Organise and provide refreshments and hospitality for meetings and events

  • Accompanying visitors within the Academy
  • Providing clerical support including word-processing, maintaining databases, inputting data, reproduction, filing, writing reports and letters
  • To use information technology systems to carry out duties in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Covering the school reception and switchboard services, as appropriate
  • Being aware of the Data Protection Act, duties of confidentiality and other legislation to ensure confidentiality of records and information is maintained
  • To undertake such other administrative duties as reasonably requested by the Office Manager
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children


Weekly Wage for this apprenticeship - £169.13

  • Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. The Elizabethan Academy will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day
  • If successful, you will complete a Level 2 Business Administrator Apprentice programme, delivered through The Elizabethan Academy's dedicated training provider, Realise
