My start at Realise has been amazing. Everything is well organised, and I have felt really supported throughout my induction process. I have had support from my Training manager as well as being allocated a mentor who is taking it step by step to show me everything and working at my pace to support me. The learn amp system is a great online tool to help with my CPD and is easy to use, it's great that I can go back and watch videos numerous times in case I forget something that I have learned. – Carla Taggart, Early Years Trainer
