During this apprenticeship you will complete different tasks such as activities with the children and making sure they’re safe.

Be involved in everyday running of a nursery.
To ensure good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are always maintained
To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members)
Develop strong partnerships with parents

- Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Shanklin Day Nursey will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day
- If successful, you will complete a Level 3 apprenticeship programme, delivered through Shanklin day nursery's dedicated training provider, Realise
