Description
What will you be doing?
Whilst training you will be working alongside experienced insurance brokers ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting related administration work.
Key duties:
- Receive on the job training, learn the most recognised
insurance software and accounts software
- Completion of daily banking
- Assist with a range of Office, administrative and ad-hoc
finance related tasks as required
- Checking and posting Purchase invoices
- Checking expenses and updating mileage records
- Reconciling monthly (purchase and insurer) statements
- Producing reports

- Accuracy, keyboard &

Level 3 Business Administrator
Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship programme is
delivered with a blended learning approach and includes a mixture of onsite
tutor visits and online tutor led sessions. All delivery is completed in the
workplace and you will not need to attend any off-site training.
Full
training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the
apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the
team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme. Wage regularly reviewed
and increased based on performance.
