Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Open case files
using our bespoke case management system
- Manage data with
integrity and initiative
- Collate and
review essential documents
- Scan/Copy new
documents
- Communicate and
build a rapport with clients, colleagues and peers
- Liase with
clients and third parties via email and telephone
- Draft emails,
correspondence and forms to a high standard
- Provide
assistance to our Paralegals
- Organise and
prioritise workloads
- Conduct
themselves in a professional manner at all times
- Work within a
team and under your own initiative
- Complete ad-hock
tasks
- Review legal
documents for quality, consistency and content
