Description
As an apprentice your role is to undertake tasks associated to the legal process of selling, purchasing and remortgaging property. You will provide support to property lawyers within the firm. During the apprenticeship you will become a confident paralegal able to carry out both administrative and technical tasks required to progress a sale or purchase transaction through to completion.

- Drafting
documents
- Reporting on advising on legal
aspects of a conveyancing transaction
- Have a clear understanding of the role of the Land Registry and other third parties including other law firms and mortgage lenders
- Able to provide clear and accurate advice based on the English Legal System
