Description

As an apprentice you will provide creative and exceptional service to our clients on all elements of Event Management, including venue find, proposal writing and project management. A great opportunity for someone looking to learn about the world of Events and develop within a growing division.

Duties include;

  • Assist the team with client enquiries for venue bookings
  • Maintain the inbox, ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded to
  • Client administration, updating client folders and maintaining information is up-to-date
  • Management of suppliers, venues, internal departments and team members where necessary
  • Assist with keeping booking status data
  • Assist with invoicing, budgets and general administration duties
  • Take on small projects to help with customer service, such as after event follow ups

Working week - Monday to Friday shifts between 8:30am - 6pm.
