Description
As an apprentice you will provide creative and exceptional service to our clients on all elements of Event Management, including venue find, proposal writing and project management. A great opportunity for someone looking to learn about the world of Events and develop within a growing division.
Duties include;
- Assist the team with client enquiries for venue bookings
- Maintain the inbox, ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded to
- Client administration, updating client folders and maintaining information is up-to-date
- Management of suppliers, venues, internal departments and team members where necessary
- Assist with keeping booking status data
- Assist with invoicing, budgets and general administration duties
- Take on small projects to help with customer service, such as after event follow ups

As part of a wider team there is plenty of scope for progression within The Events and Leisure department and Gray Dawes Group as a whole.
Working week - Monday to Friday shifts between 8:30am - 6pm.
