Description

You will be supported by your employer and by your training provider whereby you will be given a dedicated Skills Tutor who will deliver a bespoke teaching. The programme will last around 15-18 months and at the end you will complete an end point assessment. Main Duties: • First point of contact for the recruitment team (emails and telephone calls) • Complying with all relevant GDPR regulations • Keep up to date with industry changes to legislation within recruitment • Create and advertise adverts for all roles within the recruitment team • Connect with colleges and universities to promote recruitment within Caring Homes • Support with all bank recruitment • Social media – recruitment posts on LinkedIn and Facebook • Support recruiters and candidates with follow up forms • Ensure candidates have a smooth process from initial application to start date • Support with arranging and attending recruitment events • Support recruitment team with obtaining interview feedback and candidate ID

• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines • Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • It is preferable that candidates have experience of working within a team where a high level of confidentiality is essential
GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Business admin qualification including Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
• Team player • Resilient and self-reliant • Able to engage with customers, to identify their service needs and review the quality of services provisions • Focus on delivery under pressure at pace
