Description

This role will be an excellent opportunity to support all aspects of the company’s administration. Tasks include:

· Receiving and handling phone calls and emails, dealing with queries from customers and technicians;

· Providing general administration support such as photocopying, filing, scanning, responding to emails and correspondence;

· Producing information for customers and organising documents in relevant files;

· Compiling, maintaining, and updating customer and supplier records and data.

· Use of SAGE accounts software to process invoices and chase debts

· Assisting with booking of training courses;

· Purchasing of small office items such as inks, paper

· Use of MS Office, especially Powerpoint, Word and Excel

You will be working towards L3 Business Administration standard with support towards your end point assessment and project. You will attend Shipley College one day a week.
