Description

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, friendly individual to join the busy Credit Team. The team manages credit from vetting through to debt recovery for all of Radius' current and growing portfolio of regulated products. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone where they can influence the future by innovation and creative problem solving within new areas of the business.


Throughout your programme you will gain experience working within our collections team, where you will develop your customer-facing skills through helping our customers over the phone. You will also have the chance to work within our credit vetting team, where you will enhance your administration skills through data entry and maintaining accurate records for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in any projects along the way and help improve processes to make the credit department more efficient.


The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance to our customers. As a credit officer you will be responsible for collecting cash from our customers and offering advice and support to them when needed. As well as working independently, you will also be a team player and willing to support other members of our credit team. You will work with them to help improve processes and offer a top-class service to our clients.


Typical duties will include:

  • Collection of cash

  • Management of the sales ledger to ensure accurate bad debt reporting
  • Regular ledger review
  • Adhering to regulations
  • Managing contact to your portfolio
  • Keeping and maintain accurate records for all customer contact

There is a full-time job available once the apprenticeship has been completed. Additionally, any vacancies within our global group are advertised internally, giving apprentices the opportunity to further their career. This will include secondment opportunities overseas.
