Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Personal Development and Coaching business for a full time Digital Marketing Apprentice at our Unstoppable HQ in South Shields.
We are looking for an ambitious, driven multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive, creative and energetic attitude to join our Unstoppable Team.
The successful candidate must be capable of working accurately under pressure, being very proactive and able to use their own initiative to solve problems. You will be part of a small, fast paced team and must be willing to muck in and do whatever is needed to get the job done, sometimes to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities will include:
- Uploading and updating content to our online Course Portal
- Updating/editing landing pages and checkout pages and integrating with CRM systems
- Scheduling marketing emails, posts and texts
- Answering emails and enquiries
- Setting up and managing social media groups and private membership sites
- Processing and fulfilling orders
- Uploading content to membership sites and online groups
- Uploading various media files, including videos and podcasts to various platforms
- Assisting with event planning and in person events
- Speaking to clients over the phone
- Sourcing and ordering company merchandise
- Creating social media posts
What we are looking for:
Essential skills:
- Excellent IT and digital technology skills

- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An administration or sales and marketing background or good knowledge of the following software would be an advantage:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Canva
- Photoshop
- Video editing software
Entry requirements:
The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:
- 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Apprenticeship:
The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship.
We embrace development within, one of the Marketing Managers began started as a Junior Marketer 3 years ago!
Working week:
The working hours are 35 hours per week,
Monday to Friday,
9am - 5pm.
Salary:
The starting annual wage is set between £14,000 - £16,000, depending on experience.
Future prospects:
Opportunity to undertake further qualifications including Level 6 Degree apprenticeship, upon completion.
