Description

The passenger transport team is expanding like never before! We need someone with terrific communication and organisational skills to assist the management team with the day to day running of the sector. It’s an incredibly exciting time for Realise, in particular the passenger transport team, so we can guarantee you that your to-do list will always have things on it, but the rewards will be incredible!

The successful applicant will enrol onto a business & administration level 3 apprenticeship.

Purpose

The business administrator will have a key role in supporting the passenger transport team in the delivery of a wide range of training and development programmes.

This role is a pivotal part of a large team and will need to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. This will include internal staff ranging from senior management to operational staff and external relationships such as learners and employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate records and documents including; emails, letters, files, payments, reports and excel documents.
  • Organising meetings and events.
  • Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others’ work.
  • Take minutes during meetings and create action logs as appropriate.
  • Managing administration systems and office facilities
  • Undertake and lead projects as and when required.

  • ?Previous experience within an office environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Maths and English qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Great organisational, and diary management skills.
  • Confidence in your own ability, and can work under pressure
  • You must be someone who can work off their own initiative.
