·
Build rapport with customer and establish customer’s needs.
·
Complete work required for apprenticeship programme whilst
achieving success within the role
·
Deliver a consistent call/contact flow

Giving the customer the confidence in the information
provided

Achieve all Global, Regional and Local KPI's (as per
Frontline KPI document).

Ensure a high service enquiry to booking conversion rate is
generated

brand to secure the booking at initial point of contact

Improve the First Time Resolution rate for incoming
tracking contacts from customers to minimise the opening of unnecessary trace
files
