Description
From awe inspiring safaris to adventure voyages you will receive on the job training on how to bring these experiences to life and make sure every aspect of the trip goes smoothly and to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the presentation and administration
of customer bookings.
- Support the line manager with queries and
bookings
- Build a wealth of knowledge in the travel
industry to enable to make independent bookings
- Upsell trips and holidays
- Answer any inbound calls and reply to
incoming emails
- Collect data of all parties in a booking in a
professional manner
- Support with advertising on the
social media page and website

A minimum of 5 x GCSEs at grades 9-4/A-C
Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
- Friendly, warm and personable
- Willingness to learn/ be open minded
- Be able to build strong relationships with
customers and colleagues
- Must have ambition and drive
Heritage Collection Travel plan to have a network of
luxury travel stores which will need managers, marketing departments, product
departments and more!
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm (30 minutes for lunch)
***May be required to work additional hours as required by the company e.g. for wedding fairs***
