Description
To provide administrative support to the legal team in both
case work and general administrative tasks and to learn from those tasks and to
build the ability to look towards a future role as a legal professional.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administration of files
- To support the team with administrative tasks
and action work as delegated by supervisor
- Client relationship management at the start and
end of a transaction
- Provide telephone support and deal with client
queries
- Opening new instructions accurately and within
service standards
- Ensure work issues or problems are reported
immediately
- File closing
- Any other tasks required to support the team or
requested by management
- Post-completion processes – Stamp Duty Land Tax,
Land Registry, reporting to clients and mortgagees, Conveyancing Scheme
protocol compliance
- Collating evidence of title and reporting on
title to land
- Collating searches and reporting on search
results
- Preparing legal correspondence
- Drafting legal documents

There is a long term career opportunity with this role
progressing through appropriate legal qualifications via apprenticeship. Progression hoped for is through the
Paralegal in Property or Private Client qualification after successful

and employee.
Working Week: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm
