Description
General Duties:
- Provide
copy invoices and statements - both automatic and manual Excel statements
- Create reminder letters
- Process write-offs
- Taking card payments either over the phone or
re-direct them to one of our 24hr payment services
- Monitoring the Credit Management mailbox to
respond or resolve any issues raised. This will include clients, legal
advisers, members of the Credit Management team and other members of the
Finance Directorate
- Maintain a small debtors ledger - liaising with
partners and legal advisers as well as clients
- Producing debtors reports - sending to legal
advisers on a weekly basis
- This list is not exhaustive, and duties include
various other tasks as directed by the Lead Credit Controller
