Description
Main Responsibilities:
- To enable sound financial control and the production of
financial information for use both internally
and external.
- Inputting data onto the accounting software
- Undertaking all tasks in accordance with charity policies
and procedures
- Undertaking other duties
appropriate to the job as may be required from time to time
- Becoming familiar with safeguarding, equal opportunities,
health and safety and GDPR regulations, ensuring they are adhered to at all times
- Assisting in the compilation of the end of year audit
file and liaison with external auditors
- Supporting the production of management accounts
- Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
including assisting credit control
- Preparing bank analyses and other basic reconciliations
(VAT, PAYE etc.) seeking support as required
- Following standard monthly accounting processes
