Description
What will the apprentice be doing?
Answering Phones:
- Greet callers with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
Filing and Document Management:
- Maintain organised physical and electronic filing systems for crucial documents and records.
- Ensure confidentiality and easy accessibility of sensitive information.
Organising PPE and Supplies:
- Manage inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other supplies, guaranteeing availability for staff and clients.
- Monitor and restock supplies to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Certificate Generation:
- Create certificates following established guidelines and templates.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of certificate information.
Printing and Communication:
- Print necessary documents and materials, aiding in effective communication within the organisation.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill printing needs.
Digital Document Management:
- Upload documents to the computer system, maintaining accurate and organised electronic records.
- Categorise and label documents for efficient retrieval.
Postal and Correspondence Tasks:
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail and documents, ensuring proper packaging and addressing.
- Contribute to timely and reliable communication.

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3
Business Administrator Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and
hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once
every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre.
You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between
you tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying
on top of your work.
If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and
English throughout your apprenticeship your training will either take place via
teams meetings or in person at 15a Colston St, Bristol BS1 5AP.
