Job description
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated and focused individuals to join our growing Insight4GRC team. We work with clients to introduce the cloud-based solution to enhance their governance, risk and compliance arrangements. To start with we would get you familiar with the Insight4GRC solution and you would support other team members with implementations, eventually leading to taking on responsibility for leading and project managing implementations yourself, delivering exceptional service to clients, and becoming part of a high performing team.
Our clients can vary between the public and corporate sector and you will work with them to implement and enable deployment of the Insight4GRC solution within their organisation to take full advantage of the benefits / agility that the cloud application brings. Our clients see us as a trusted advisor and you will work within the team to configure, migrate data, train and provide support on the Insight4GRC solution.
As part of your role, we will provide broad opportunities for development of both your Insight4GRC application and consulting skills.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Configure the solution to meet the client needs;
- Manage migration of existing client data into the solution;
- Deliver training to enable the client to fully utilise functionality;
- Provide support and expertise to existing clients to ensure they make the most of the solution.
- Effectively prioritise whilst working on several projects, ranging in size;
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other members of the delivery team, including functional consultants, support desk team and senior management;
- Record time accurately and promptly
- Continually striving to learn and develop skills and improve own performance;
- Problem solving.

What we look for
Technology qualifications are not a prerequisite. You will receive full training on Insigh4GRC and other business processes.
Essential
- A passion for delivering real business value through technology;

- Able to work under own initiative.
Desirable
- General familiarity with software applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.

Entry requirements
At RSM, we don't just look for good exam results. We think passion, personality and originality are just as important.
You will need:
96 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level);
For all roles outside of Central London, we require successful candidates to have obtained both a full UK driving licence and regular access to a vehicle by the time they come to the end of their 6-month settling in period with RSM. For London roles access to a car is desirable but not essential.”
