We are looking for a confident person with the desire to learn and provide great customer service to our new and existing customers.
Under the guidance of a senior college or multiple colleagues across the business, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and providing speedy and effective responses to queries, answering phone calls and emails, communicating with customers and suppliers, forwarding sales and accounts queries to the relevant colleagues and using a CRM system to effectively keep the data you generate up to date. Previous experience not necessary as full training will be provided.
As a Customer Services Apprentice you will play an integral role in making sure our customers are happy and supported and helping Binit expand.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;
- Using a CRM and effectively keeping the data you generate up to date
- Maintaining relationships with our new and existing customers by ensuring a high level of customer service and speedy and effective responses to queries
- Communicating with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Contributing to Binit's marketing activities i.e. generating emails, updating social media etc.
- Working closely with colleagues to contribute to growth through constructive feedback on Binit's processes, systems and business model
- Process customers' orders and requests submitted by telephone or email
- Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
- Check Product availability for customer orders
- Filing away paperwork
Future responsibilities may include:
- Creating and sending out customer duty of care documents
- Raising and sending customer invoices
- Keeping track of stock e.g. bags, bins, stickers etc
- Updating our CMS (creating QR codes)
- Assisting colleagues with research for projects
- Helping to train new starters
- Signing off sub- Contractors Waste Transfer Notes
- Organising One Off Collections with sub-contractors
- Resolving customer queries – keeping track of tickets (whole team)
- Assisting colleagues with consultancy projects and audits
- Sending out feedback surveys

GCSE Grade 4/C in Maths / English. Literate and numerate, which means checking that stuff is right before it goes out.
Full support and training will be provided throughout the Apprenticeship via Exeter College.
