Description
DRC Locums are looking for a determined and eager individual to join their team.
Under the Direction of the Finance Manager and the Senior Sales Coordinator, the purpose of this role is to assist with any admin support required for the client executives & client team manager.
Duties:
- Maintaining and updating all trackers with required information and data on a daily / weekly basis..
- Sending out updates and reports to the team on a daily basis.
- To assist the Recruitment Assistant with any requirements as and when requested.
- Uploading timesheets to relevant portals.
- Setting up placements on Merit.
- Checking candidate details, I.e. HMRC documents, Pay documents.
- Assisting client team with queries.
- Assisting finance team with queries.
- Assist Credit Control.
- General Finance Admin, i.e. filing, sending invoices, post.
To become an apprentice, you must:
- Be 16 or over
- Not already be in full-time education
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
Have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
- Learn and train for a specific job
- Get paid and receive holiday leave
- Hands-on experience in a real job
- Study for at least 20% of your working hours
- Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
- Be on a career path with lots of future potential
