• Create and maintain employee files.• Provide an efficient and effective office administration service by answering the telephone, taking messages, filing and scanning documents.• Support estimating and sales by in putting information into EXEL• Assist with quote preparation• Organising company supplies and ordering when required• Support managers in the general admin area• Note taking and writing up Management Minutes• Creating and maintaining customer files• Sending emails to customers and employees on a regular basis
