Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating over the telephone with candidates
- Inputting data onto in house systems
- Dealing with clients to ensure their positions are filled
- General Administration duties as required
- Typing / formatting documents
- Use excellent customer service continuously
- Managing CRM systems to input client information
- Using recruitment software to book interviews, register candidates etc.
- Writing job descriptions and placing them onto job boards
- Adding CV’s to the system
- Sending and receiving emails
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Printing and scanning documents

The right Recruitment and Administration Apprentice will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A / C (9 / 4) including Maths and English.
