After gaining the core HR knowledge, skills and behaviours, the post holder will find that
progression can take many avenues such as HR Administrator, Advisor, Officer, Manager, a
Resourcing role, or HR Analyst. They may also be eligible to apply to become an Associate
member of the CIPD which forms the basis for further qualifications and development.
The successful candidate will be employed initially on an 18-month contract and whilst we
are unable to guarantee a permanent contract at the end of the Apprenticeship we expect
opportunities for permanent employment to become available.
