Main Duties
- Answering the phone to clients or potential clients
- Filing/admin
- Supporting solicitors
- Printing and copying
- Meeting minutes – bi weekly
- Opening and closing files
- Working on the case management system
- Booking in appointments
- Court bundles – occasional
- Raising bills and liaising with outsourced cashiers
- Taking post (externally) and distributing post (internally)
- Expenses reporting – monthly
- Welcoming visitors and making drinks
- Supporting the office manager with the running of the office
