Description

A normal day would include:


•Checking that advertised vacancies are accurate, up to date and consistent with brand and company messaging across all relevant platforms and job boards

•Making sure candidates are kept fully informed and receive a warm and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, representative of company culture

•Ensuring assessment centres and interviews are well organised and facilitated efficiently both online and face to face

•Employer brand posts on company social media platforms are delivered with high accuracy and consistent brand messaging and imagery

•Psychometric testing and other role related tasks are administered efficiently and in a timely manner

•All documentation relating to the recruitment process is filed correctly in line with GDPR regulations

•Up to date recruitment system administration

•GDPR Audit results

•Time to hire/cost to hire

•Employer brand review platforms (ie, Glassdoor, Indeed)

•Employer brand engagement

•Eye for accuracy and detail

•Confidence to speak to people at all levels of seniority

•Ability to work confidentially when required

•Computer literate

•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•Able to pick up communication platforms (ie, Linkedin, Workplace etc..)

•Understanding of GDPR regulations – these will be taught initially

•Strong verbal and written communication

•5 GCSE’s A* - C / 9 - 4 or equivalent, including Maths & English


•Previous experience working in an office environment or customer facing role is advantageous

Full apprenticeship training provided, working towards an Advanced Level Apprenticeship gaining a Level 3 HR Support qualification.

•A keen interest in keeping up to date with latest industry trends

•Understands and works to the standards and deadlines set

•Understands own objectives and aware of business goals

•Shapes ideas. Assesses and adapts ideas by putting them into the context of own work situation

•Ensures customer / colleague satisfaction, listens well

•Wants to do the job well and takes ownership of given responsibilities

•Accepts need for change. Understands other points of view and willing to change ideas or perceptions

•Communicates effectively and thinks through what is required in advance
