Description
• Based on our reception, first point of contact for all phone calls and email correspondence to the site.• Greeting visitors to site ensuring correct forms and documentation is completed and appropriateperson called to collect said visitor/s.• Answering the main switchboard phone to inbound and outbound calls.• Post duties and arranging couriers as and when required.• General filing.• Manage meeting room bookings.• Adhere to and ensure safe working practices are operated and maintained within the department inline with Health & Safety regulations and polices.• Making tea/coffee for visitors.• Responsible for the cleanliness of the Factory 1 boardroom.• Ensure cleanliness of the reception area.• Ownership of the Stationary cupboard.• Stationary stock takes and ordering stationary when required.• Manage the drinking water fountains for both sites including stock takes and ordering.• Drinks machine stock take and ordering.• Dealing with couriers for incoming goods and outgoing items.• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients as and when required.• Undertake training and development when required.• Always maintain confidentiality.• Miscellaneous tasks as and when required that support the smooth operation of the site.
