You will ensure the smooth running of Reception and help with:

- Booking appointments and dealing with patient enquiries;

- Checking in and registering patients;

- Collecting payments;

- Dispatching pathology samples to the lab;

- Checking stock and inventory;

- Ensuring CQC compliance;

- Providing admin support to the practice team as required.

At the Stanley Corner Medical Practice you will be studying towards an NHS Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship L2.
