Description
As an Apprentice Business Admin Assistant, you will be directly supporting the Operations Team
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- You will be screening, interviewing & enrolling learners to work for Digital apprenticeships & Study Programs
- Setting up and maintain job descriptions on relevant websites such as GMFJ & social media
- Scheduling telephone interviews
- Support with resourcing suitable learners for our programmes
- Emailing and confirming interview schedules and replying to learner's queries
- General Administration tasks such as photocopying and scanning legal documents
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Possibly maintaining the company social media account
