The solutions we provide to our clients cover many areas of the Microsoft technology stack and as part of this trainee program, you will develop a solid proficiency in supporting these technologies before specialising in a chosen field. These solutions may include Microsoft Azure architecture, Hybrid Messaging (Teams/Exchange/M365) and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Solutions. You must be able to work on training and support as part of a wider team of experienced Service Desk Consultants.

Develop High Quality Skills and Solutions:

By completion of your TSG Academy, you will be able to competently carry out the following:

• Understand how to troubleshoot and rectify various issues.

• Identify issues and provide temporary or permanent fixes.

• Suggest recommendations based on your own knowledge.

• Implement solutions and products for clients.

• Complete client reviews.

• Have a clear understanding of industry best practices including ITIL.

• To manage and conduct projects in accordance with TSG’s methodology.

• UK Wide travel and overnight stays may be required to fulfil the customers’ needs and the role.

• To carry out other implementation, training and support duties as required.

Your qualifications:

• One of the following Microsoft Fundamental Certifications is essential for this program; o AZ-900 or MS-900

Your skills & knowledge:

• An eye for detail and able to perform tasks following guidelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Your experience: Previous experience in one of the following is essential:

• Service desk or internal IT environment.

• Graduated, or studied a technical related degree, qualification or apprenticeship. Your behaviours:

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and proactively seeks opportunities to improve your skillset.

• Demonstrate commitment to the role, the team and company, and will go the extra mile when required.
