BubbleIT are IT specialists based in Nottingham, providing IT Support, Website Design and Computer Repair services across the midlands (Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham) and nationwide. We cater for businesses of all sizes; from small start-up businesses to large enterprises. 
We have been growing over the last 18 months, so now is the perfect time to join our expanding team.



Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 
The role will involve answering and logging IT support queries over the phone, managing our ticket system, providing first-line fixes to problems like password resets, network issues and hardware faults.



You will be supported by individuals who want to see you develop and succeed. We're looking for people who enjoy taking responsibility for their own workload, the kind who thrive on delivering top-notch customer service and helping with all kinds of problems.



Key Responsibilities: 





  • Supplying a high standard of customer service 


  • Owning, managing and resolving 1st/2nd Line incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s 


  • Delivering against our KPI’s 


  • Effective prioritisation and workload management 


  • Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes 


  • Work in accordance with company values, policies, procedures and standards 




What we are looking for: 
Skills and attributes:





  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities


  • A proven problem solver 


  • Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions 


  • Strong documentation skills 


  • Adaptable & flexible 


  • Good time management and prioritisation skills 




Desirable: 
Any experience with the following technologies is advantageous: 





  • Windows Server up to 2019


  • Windows 10, 8, 7


  • Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure


  • Office365, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams


  • MDM – iPhones and Android


  • DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Switches, Firewalls


  • Hardware Support and Maintenance


  • A clean, full UK Driving license (essential)




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
