BMW Financial Services, Farnborough – Level 4 Account Management Executive (Alphabet) – 18-month Apprenticeship
Our Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate, and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. We decided in November 2020 to bring together BMW Financial Services and Alphabet to stay relevant to our customers and continue to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.

In the Major Fleet, International & Public Sector Account Development team we are responsible for a portfolio of our largest and most complex B2B (Business to Business) customers. The team look after a variety of duties that are driven around customer retention, growth, and loyalty. Our team are predominantly office-based understanding and supporting customers with their vehicle choices through quoting and ordering, In-Life requirements, providing industry leading support that is strengthened by Alphabets innovative products and services.
What will you be doing?
The following will be your key activities:
•Supporting the Strategic Account Managers, by providing analysis to demonstrate customer value.
•Market & customer research, sharing insights to enable customer comparators, develop best practice and identify future mobility strategies.
•Creating and presenting tailored development plans to enable our customers to achieve their strategic objectives.
•Actively learning about all aspects of Corporate (B2B) customer management and provide input into customer meetings.
•Collaborating with internal and external customers and suppliers to develop class leading solutions.
•Working with the internal teams to support onboarding activity relating to additional products or services taken by customers within the account portfolio.

Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group. Provisionally, the Assessment Centre is due to take place week commencing 8th April 2024.
