BMW Group Academy UK, Wokefield Park - Level 3 Business Administration - 2-year Apprenticeship (August 2024)
The BMW Group Academy UK based at DeVere Wokefield Park is our flagship Retailer training facility. From The Academy we offer training in every aspect of our Retailer operations from Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Corporate, Management, Leadership, Bodyshop, Motorrad through to our world class Retailer apprentice programmes.
Within our self-contained operation, we offer a modern way of working with an empowering office culture, some aspects of which include:
• Blended Working – a blended working approach improves mental perspective and increases sustained productivity. This means our leaders ensure our apprentices maintain balance, not burnout, by focusing on their output, not attendance.
• The opportunities to get involved with our house charity at the National Sales Centre (NSC) at Summit One in Farnborough with a variety of fundraising events throughout the year. You can also have the opportunity to be involved in our DE&I and Sustainability network groups.
• Within the Academy location our offices, there are creative spaces which hold facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and walking routes.
The BMW Group Academy UK at Wokefield Park provides and enable the provision of training, apprenticeships, and Retail Talent Management (RTM) services for the Retail Network. This is achieved through a tripartite agreement across BMW Group, Inspiro (contracted training provider) and DeVere.
This apprenticeship is designed to provide the administrational support to enable the delivery of the above. This will entail the use of office IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: create proposals, perform financial processes, record, analyse data and manage databases. In addition, the role will require the maintenance of records/files and the handling of confidential information.
What will you be doing?
The key accountabilities of this apprenticeship are to:
•Create reporting to support budget and investment planning and steering, consolidation and monitoring
•Create reporting to support target achievement
•Work with key stakeholders to ensure provision of reports to AG, Retailers and the NSC
•Prepare reporting for tracking of Retailer bonus and invoice payments / credits
•Support and steer the requirements of the Learning Management System
•Support and review the implementation of processes and systems within the department
•Identify possible synergetic effects concerning the consolidation of market requirements regarding training (processes) and systems.

Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group. Provisionally, the Assessment Centre is due to take place week commencing 25th March 2024.
