We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join the admin team, supporting with compliance and quality assurance, crucial for maintaining our high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
•General office duties such as opening and distributing post, answering incoming calls and effectively transferring calls or distribute messages left
•Handling sensitive and confidential information including data entry
•Conduct audits and report on the outcomes, following through recommendations for continuous improvement
•Assist in writing and updating quality assurance procedures, policies and practice standards to support good practice across services
•Support Branch Managers with the implementation of action plans to address any shortfalls in service provision
•Support the conducting of quality assurance audits under the direction of the Quality and Compliance Manager or as and when required in response to any concerns about standards
•Support Branch Managers to monitor the quality and safety of branches and ensure recommendations from audits are implemented effectively and in a timely manner
•Undertake monthly reports on audits undertaken, key themes and action plans
•Escalate non-compliance appropriately and quickly to the Quality and Compliance Manager
•Support with the evidence of good practice for CQC/ other inspection processes
•Attend meetings as required
•Adhering to confidentiality in respect of the people we support, their families and colleagues
•Uphold the Lotus Home Care values at all times
•Carry out any other reasonable duties to meet the business needs
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
