Description

List of duties:

  • Communicating across the team to support with admin on a range of tasks from financial to day-to-day admin.
  • Work with the Reuse Partnerships Director to generate data and bring that info together to generate reports on our social value and net zero performance.
  • Support the Operations Director with admin and developing systems and automations to reduce workload and increase efficiencies.
  • Maintain and manage records of donations via email, our portal and other software
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure that admin runs smoothly.
  • Research corporates and good causes so that we can identify more opportunities to get surplus furniture and equipment to where it is needed in the community.

  • Basic skills a bonus, but not essential as attitude is more important that experience
  • Computer literate would be an advantage
  • Ability to use or learn how to communicate with partners via the phone
  • Curious to seek out better ways of doing things to improve processes

  • Maths GCSE C/4 or above required
  • English GCSE C/4 or above required
You will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) to work towards your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
