Join our Apprenticeship Programme: get to work as part of a diverse cross border team, dealing with real life projects, innovating new service capabilities all whilst being supported on a guided learning journey.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visiting client facilities, discussing with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement.
  • Investigating and developing analyses to estimate the value for tangible assets for insurance and financial purposes.
  • Contributing to the delivery of accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions
  • Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports and online dashboards.
  • Contributing to the development of software and digitalization of products and in-house modelling.
  • Working individually and/or on multi-person project teams.
  • Traveling is required for the position.

  • Proficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint abilities
  • Excellent analytical, organization and project management skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • A minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths and completed three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) by the time the programme starts.
At this early stage in your career, you’ll have access to inspirational leaders and this, coupled with the quality of the training you'll receive, means you'll become a recognised expert in the profession. By the end of the programme, you will achieve a Level 3 Surveying Technician Apprenticeship qualification as a pre-requisite to end point assessment and you will become Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
  • An interest in building construction, engineering or plant & machinery
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to comply with client requests
  • Experience working/studying with diverse teams

For the apprenticeship program we prioritize applicants eligible to government funding for their apprenticeship and for this you need to: Have lived in the UK or in the European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years. Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the program. If you already have a higher degree, or are studying towards a higher degree, in the same field or a related one, you will not be eligible to this apprenticeship.
