Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking emails for travel requests
- Booking flights on GDS system or airlines
websites
- Providing solutions to requests with
alternatives and options for the client to choose
- Calculating costs and charges, and quoting these
accurately
- Entering the booking into our in-house system,
raising an invoice or collecting the payment on the credit card machine.
- Checking the diary for tasks that need to be
completed or checked.

to Friday plus alternate Saturdays – 9:00am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch
(unpaid) – Saturdays are 9:30am to 4.30pm with a half hour lunch break.
