Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Checking emails for travel requests
  • Booking flights on GDS system or airlines websites
  • Providing solutions to requests with alternatives and options for the client to choose
  • Calculating costs and charges, and quoting these accurately
  • Entering the booking into our in-house system, raising an invoice or collecting the payment on the credit card machine.
  • Checking the diary for tasks that need to be completed or checked.

5 x full days a week – Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays – 9:00am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch (unpaid) – Saturdays are 9:30am to 4.30pm with a half hour lunch break.
