Description

Bold Heath Equestrian Centre is a best-in-class riding school and competition venue located in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

Run by a BHS Accredited Coach, 2* eventer rider and BE course designer. It has a BHS approved riding school. They run BE, BS, BD events. Excellent facilities and top class livery yard catering for all types.

The candidate will lead a varied role duties including:-

  • Supporting the shows
  • Riding
  • lunging
  • mucking out
  • clipping
  • travelling to shows
  • turning out and catching in
  • feeding
  • getting the school horses ready for sessions and much more.


This location are happy to accept a non rider. There is an option to bring your own horse on livery.

previous horse handling experience isrequired.
You must be willing to work towards L2 Functional Skills in English and Maths. If you haven't already achieved a grade C/4 at GCSE.
Haddon Training Ltd work alongside the employer to deliver the apprenticeship. All training will be completed at the employers premises.

For the right candidate there may be an opportunity to progress to the L3 Senior equine groom apprenticeship after successful completion of the level 2.
No accommodation is available on site so you must be able to make your way to work each day ready for the start time.
