Our construction division is integrating some new cost analysis software currently and there may be an opportunity for the apprentice to learn this system as well. Description

To assist the senior management team with various tasks including but not limited to: -

• Answering calls and emails.

• Dealing with customer and supplier queries

• General clerical duties

• General administrative duties

• General HR tasks. Collating data and ensuring HR files are up to date.

• Monitoring, updating and managing job management software.

• Assisting the bid writing team (Good English necessary)

• Maintaining stock levels

• Cost analysis of stock and suppliers.

Qualification grades
English GCSE Grade 4 or Equivalent

Maths GCSEW Grads 4 or Equivalent
