Waldrons have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Administrator Apprentice to work alongside the Post Completion Manager finishing off Conveyancing Cases and ensuring all documents are properly completed and the Deeds are correctly stored or returned.

Description

Duties will include but are not limited to those detailed below:

  • To accurately photocopy documents and collate document bundles
  • Using the case management system
  • To scan documents
  • Speaking on the telephone to staff at other offices and clients

  • Typing emails
  • Completing forms
