Key Purpose of Role

Work with & support the
Team in all areas.

Process, pay and invoice corporate and retail customers.

Checking all details are processed correctly & efficiently.
·
To help ensure the smooth and efficient running of
department through effective & accurate administration.
·
Query Management
·
Work with the Credit Controllers as required.
Main Duties
·
Scanning and logging documents.
·
Raising & checking corporate invoices.
·
Uploading documents to Clients bespoke systems.
·
Sharing information within GDPR Rules & Regulations
·
Assisting with queries in-box.
·
Sending professional business emails
·
Customer liaison
·
Checking information for accuracy.
