This client operates in the financial services sector and are now looking for an ambitious individual to join their Client Services team in Glasgow. You will be part of a wider office environment who provide professional services to a range of court users, financial services institutions, public sector bodies and government agencies.

This role will be providing support to all aspects of the client services and Revenue Collections Department. You will be based in the Glasgow office site but may be required to provide support across the wider business. You will have regular contact with the Sheriff’s Officers and Finance for escalating wider queries but will be the main point of contact for client services. The jobholder will contribute to the continuous development through flexibility, and adaptability to meet business requirements.


  • Supporting all staff, sheriff officers and clients including processing standard requests, problem solving to investigate issues and reviewing site functionality

  • Reconciling customer account balances, providing information requests and investigating issues and queries using a finance reporting system and case management system

  • Record keeping, finance requirements and case support

  • Managing and supporting requests relating to project and training reports

  • Reporting for incoming client files, preparing legal documentation, generating client specific reports and invoicing using Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable skills:

  • Good foundation knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • High standard of processing and numeracy

  • Strong keyboard skills

  • Excellent communicator at all levels

  • Computer literate

  • Good team player


£14,605.50 per annum

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Future prospects:

Opportunity of a full-time role upon completion of apprenticeship as well as the ability to grow across the organisation and gain experience across a variety of different projects.
