Description
Your role will be to assist the complaints handling team in processing customer account reviews and associated administrative duties, this includes data entry, composing letters and ensuring accurate record keeping.
Main Duties:
- Data Entry
- Record keeping
- Interpretation of content of letters received to identify customer concerns
- Consideration of Moorcroft policies and process to identify any shortcomings
- Reporting on compliance and customer service issues identified
- Working with other team members and other departments to complete investigations of customer accounts.
- Developing knowledge of UK Regulatory framework (including FCA/ICO)
- Maintaining training record and continuous personal development
