Overview: 
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team as a Digital Marketing Delivery Apprentice. 



As an apprentice, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our experienced campaign management team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and track campaign performance.



Salary:
£17,500 per annum.



Responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to:] 





  • Collaborate with the campaign management team to deliver dynamic email marketing campaigns


  • Craft engaging and visually appealing promotional emails for our clients


  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools


  • Maintain open communication with clients via email to address inquiries and provide updates


  • Extract, analyse, and interpret customer data to inform marketing strategies


  • Design and create visually appealing content using Canva and Adobe software


  • Develop and optimize landing pages to enhance user engagement


  • Apply basic copywriting principles to create persuasive and effective content




What we are looking for: 
Desired skills:





  • High quality written and verbal communication skills


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team within tight deadlines


  • An understanding of design fundamentals (typography, colour, layout) and success in creating engaging marketing collateral


  • An ability to come up with solutions to all sizes of problems


  • Basic copywriting skills


  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality




Experience: 





  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation


  • Experienced in using ESP’s a plus


  • Understanding of HTML and CSS a plus




Candidates with the following qualities will stand the best chance of being successful within this role:





  • Self-motivated


  • Genuinely interested in digital marketing


  • Demonstrable ability and passion for learning and self-improvement


  • Interested in psychology




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
