Description

Main Duties:

  • Monitor and reply to texts and emails and social media messages.
  • Book appointments and arrange skin tests/consultations with clients.
  • Create monthly attendance trackers and fill them out daily.
  • Monthly stock checks
  • Notify employers of unauthorised student absences
  • Post to Instagram and Facebook Daily (Reels, Academy Pictures, and Canva posts)
  • Replenish and wash towels and aprons throughout the day.
  • Ensure stock cupboards are neat and presentable.
  • Pack away tools and equipment left out by students.
  • Wipe the trainers’ boards.
  • Replenish Toiletries and Tea and coffee.
  • Remove hair from hairbrushes.
  • Wipe down trolleys, sinks, and surfaces.
  • Ensure all laptops are charging overnight in in the classroom.
  • Communicate models with the trainers (i.e., what we have booked in for the day, and what models they need for exams/what they do not need)
  • Take client payments.
  • Send academy updates to all learners/employers.
  • Make edits to register if required.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft office, power-point, email, databases and spreadsheets
  • Customer service or retail experience
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Flexible approach to working hours including some possible late nights.
  • Operating salon appointment and point-of-sale software (training provided)

A minimum of 5 x GCSEs at A*-C/ 9-4 including maths and English (or equivalent)

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

  • Excellent communicator
  • Organised and thrive off providing exceptional customer services to clients, customers, partners and staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join this exciting and innovative training provider.

Working week from Monday to Friday 9:00am till 5:00pm.
