Description

As a recruitment apprentice you will be supporting the Recruitment & Compliance team to ensure a smooth process of recruitment and onboarding.

How will you support the Recruitment & Compliance process?

- Ensuring applications are dealt with in a timely manner.

- Building good working relationships across the business.

- Maintaining high levels of communication both internally and externally.

- Ensuring information handled is both accurate and in line with GDPR & company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Working with hiring managers to publish jobs through our ATS.

- Identifying talent using online jobs boards, social media platforms and recruitment events.

- Review applications and determine suitability for roles advertised.

- Arrange interviews with hiring managers.

- Oversee the submission and recording of applications through our ATS.

- Extend job offers and oversee the submission of compliance information.

- Chase missing compliance information to promote a fast track on boarding process.

- Update hiring managers on progress of new starters.

- Create employee E Learning accounts and monitor/report on progress.

- Be proactive with file checks to ensure records are accurate and missing information is obtained in a timely manner.

- Helping with any other tasks pertaining to recruitment & compliance.
