Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a recruitment resourcer apprentice. You will learn how to source and select candidates, network and advertise to potential candidates, negotiate contracts and deal with general queries. You will also assist the recruitment consultants with administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

As a recruitment resourcer apprentice, you will:

  • Research, identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Screen incoming CVs and interview candidates
  • Maintain all files and databases
  • Upload CVs to various job boards
  • Collate and record interview feedback
  • Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
  • Offer a brilliant candidate experience for every job seeker who calls or visits the office

To be a successful recruitment resourcer apprentice, you will need:

  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Effective diary management and time management skills
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Pro-active and willing ‘can do attitude’
  • An interest in HR and the services it provides to a business and its employees
  • Previous office experience is advantageous but not essential
