Our client are the UK's number 1 retailer of quality electronic cigarette and vaping merchandise. They are growing and want your help to support the marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join their office support team in Edinburgh and kickstart a career!



Overview: 



This is a vital role within our client’s organisation, and you will be supporting their marketing team in helping the business grow. Through digital systems you will help their friendly marketing team.



Responsibilities:





  • Work collaboratively with marketing team members and other departments (design team, customer support and ecommerce team) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts


  • Provide excellent digital support, by using systems like Zenput and Ometria for the distribution, creation and updating of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns


  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, collaborate with colleagues to support departments


  • Assist in analysing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies


  • Use Excel for data analysis reports and Zenput for reporting on campaign results and success rates of marketing distribution


  • Conduct market research to gather insights about competitors, market trends and customer preferences using an AI based tool called Competitor Monitor


  • Excellent training is provided to support you as you work for their team on systems including Zenput, Ometria, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and One Drive

Salary:



£14,000 per annum



Working hours:



37 hours per week

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
