Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 



You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Data Essentials - Level 3 Apprenticeship. 
 
Duties: 





  • Provide a great customer experience and answers to incoming customer support messages via all phone and digital communication channels such as webchat 


  • Accurately record and log interaction with customers and update account information to be able to retrieve this information to create reports for management 


  • Develop the skills to be able to support the customer regarding new products, services, and sales promotions 


  • Process and record customer returns using our in-house software 


  • Supports and works with Management to ensure a best practice process is achieved and maintained 


  • Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential 


  • Over time, we would like you to develop knowledge of the company rules and policies to address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers 


  • Where possible, strive at all times to provide a fantastic customer experience and increase customer satisfaction 


  • Regularly meetings with team leader to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience 




And any other adhoc duties as required.



What we are looking for:
Skills / Personal qualities: 





  • Comfortable with listening and speaking over the phone to customers 


  • Confident in being able to build empathy and rapport with new people 


  • Capable of working with standard digital office and online based applications (eg - MS Office, MS 365, or Google workspace) 


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 


  • Self Motivated, problem solver and prioritiser, who's keen to learn the detail of this multi-tasking role 


  • Can achieve results when working in a fast-paced team environment, as well as individually 




Entry requirements:





  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:
£15,000 per annum.
