Which apprenticeship opportunity does this Pathway offer?

As a Product Marketing Executive Apprentice, you’ll drive and support the key product development requirements to enable the growth of the Residential Temperature Controls (RTC) Business in the UK.

You will gain experience in:

· Working closely with the commercial team to understand the market requirements to create industry leading innovative products and solutions

· Collaborating across the commercial, technical and operational elements of RTC and SE business to drive business activities

· Analysis of key competitor products and solutions

· Using market intelligence and trends to support the focus of the business

What qualifications do you need?

· 5 GCSE grades including Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above

· Hold a valid UK driving license

· As part of this pathway, you will undertake the Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship with training delivered by City College Plymouth over an 18 month period.

· You'll also be assigned a 'Buddy' that will act as an additional support point. Your Buddy may be past or current Early Career employee or an experienced team member.

After completing the programme, performance pending, you will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business you have worked in as an apprentice.
